Terms of Use

MyHallmarkOrnaments.com is a free collection-organizing service. By using it, you agree to provide accurate account information, keep your password private, and avoid unlawful activity, automated abuse, attempts to disrupt the service, or uploads that you do not have permission to use.

Collector information

Catalog descriptions, dates, images, estimated values, availability, matches, and user-submitted information may contain errors or change. They are provided for collecting convenience, not as appraisals, guarantees, insurance valuations, or promises that an item is available for purchase.

Imports and backups

You are responsible for reviewing imported records and maintaining your own backup. Import matching is automated and may require correction. Export tools are provided so you can retain a copy of your collection.

Accounts

We may restrict accounts used for abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or interference with other users. You may delete your account from Account Settings.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, MyHallmarkOrnaments.com and The Ornament Factory are not liable for indirect losses, lost collection records, purchasing decisions, or reliance on estimated values.
