MyHallmarkOrnaments.com collects the information needed to provide collector accounts, including your email address, optional name, password hash, saved collection and wishlist records, storage notes, imports, and account activity needed for security and support.

How information is used

We use this information to operate your account, save and display your collection, send account verification and password-reset messages, prevent abuse, maintain the service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Imports and collection data

Uploaded collection files are processed to create a preview and saved collection entries. Do not upload files containing information unrelated to your ornament collection. Public sharing is off unless you enable a private sharing link.

Service providers and links

Hosting and email providers may process limited information to operate the service. Product links may open HallmarkOrnaments.com, operated by The Ornament Factory. Those sites have their own policies.

Retention and control

Your account data is retained while your account remains active and as reasonably necessary for security, backups, and legal obligations. You can export your collection or permanently delete your account from Account Settings.
