He's dressed as "Sandy Claws," sitting in a brown/black coffin-sleigh, and using a whip to drive his team of skeleton reindeer, led by "Zero," his ghost-dog, who has a small, glowing Jack O' Lantern for a nose, similar to Rudolph.
