When Dr. McCoy accidentally discovers a time portal called the Guardian of Forever, Kirk & Spock must go back in time & try to repair the damage to the flow of history. This ornament features three excerpts from the episode #28. Press the pedestal next to the characters to hear the excerpts in random order. Light flickers when the Guardian speaks. Many of these ornaments still light up, but the sound no longer functions in some of them. Since this ornament is so hard to find, we have made it available at this discounted price with the knowledge that we will not guarantee that the sound will work. We will not guarantee that the sound will work in this particular ornament ornament because it appears as though Hallmark may have used a bad batch capacitors in this ornament. There is a video available online through YouTube that will show you how to replace the capacitors. We will not replace capacitors in (or repair) any Hallmark ornament due to liability issues. Eventually, it appears as though everyone of these ornaments that was ever produced will stop functioning (unless someone repairs them) due to the problem with the capacitors.
