Looking her loveliest in a brocade-style robe with a lacy train, Her Majesty wears an elaborate crown and carries a "jeweled" scepter. Inspired by the Queen of Hearts in the curious 1865 tale by Lewis Carroll, the Red Queen was designed with 20th-century fashioned ingenuity by Madame Alexander. The sweet-faced doll appeared in the Madame Alexander Alice in Wonderland collection in 1997.
