This 1998 Hallmark Keepsake Ornament features "Boba Fett," from the 1980 blockbuster film, "Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back." Darth Vader calls Boba Fett the best bounty hunter in the galaxy and he's armed and ready for his next hunt. NOTE: The Mandalorian insignia on the left shoulder epaulette is upside down. The attention to detail on this ornament is otherwise impressive. It's packaged in a box with metallic-silver accents and is encased in a clear, molded, plastic shell, for protection.
Dill Rhodus started with Hallmark in 1966, joined Keepsake in 1987, and retired in 2004. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri and grew up in Liberty, Missouri. Specializing in detailed miniatures, he also created the 1992 & 1996 Star Trek Galileo, as well as the 1997 Star Wars Luke Skywalker figurine ornament.
