All six wheels move and the copyright is also dated, on the underside of the cab. The ornament can stand on it's own or be hung from the top. It's encased in a green flocked velvet tray, molded for protection, and is packaged in the original box with clear plastic lid.
Linda Sickman, one of the original Hallmark Keepsake Ornament artists, started working for Hallmark in 1963 and joined the Keepsake division in 1975. She's best known for her work with pressed tin, folk art, and the series, "Rocking Horse Memories," which ran from 1981-1996.
