Hallmark Keepsake Ornament
1982 Snowy Seal
1982 Hallmark Keepsake Ornament
QX3006
This 1982 Hallmark Keepsake Ornament is part of the Ice Sculptures collection, and features a clear acrylic baby seal with a bow around it's neck. The ornament is made to look like an ice sculpture and is packaged in the original box. It will capture the light from your tree and capture your heart at the same time!
Fun Fact: A Snow Seal's mother's milk contains up to 50% fat, which allows the baby to double weight in 10-12 days, helping to build blubber, since they only nurse their "pups" for 12 days, before they abandon them to survive the ice. Pups are protected from predators by their white fur, which camouflages them in the snow.
