This 1981 Hallmark Keepsake Ornament features an unbreakable, white satin ball with clear plastic sleeve imprinted with: "For a Special Godchild" and "CHRISTMAS 1981." On the dated side, a tiny blonde angel stands on a white fluffy cloud with a furry and a feathered friend, holding a brown sack of golden stars. The mop-headed white and brown puppy holds one of the stars in both paws and a red cardinal perches on the rim of the bag, while tree others carry stars in their beaks, placing them in the bright blue sky. The message panel is printed in a heart-shaped cloud, with two cardinals tucked inside, like a down-filled feather pillow. Two white and red striped stockings are hung in the cloud, presumably by the sleeping birds, waiting for a treat to be delivered by St. Nick. The puppy sleeps on it's back, with it's stocking pinned to a smaller cloud beneath them, and a tiny cloud on the other side holds a single cardinal and stocking. A cardinal perches on a star above them, affixing it's stocking to another star. The ornament is packaged in the original "window" box, viewable from all sides, so you can see the entire bulb.
