This 1979 Hallmark Christmas Ornament is part of the Tree-Trimmer Collection and features a golden glass ball with metal cap and transparent, plastic sleeve printed with a design reproduced from a photograph of a Schneeburg collage. It's
brown, blue, purple, and orange holiday-themed collage resembles inlaid wood. Both panels have a border of stars on top and one reads, "SEASON'S GREETINGS," with racing horses, antique cars, stars and hands facing opposite directions, pointing the index finger. The other side has the year, "1979" in the center, using a Western-looking font with two shades of orange. The design shows two different Meerschaum tobacco pipes, a sleigh, carriages, a horse, a heart, stars, and blue arrows with herringbone pattern above and below. The ornament is packaged in the original box with windows on all sides, so you can view the entire ball.
Disclaimer: As with many older glass ball ornaments, it may have developed "age spots," which is normal with older ornaments.
