Encased in black armor, Dalek Sec was the leader of the Cult of Skaro and intent on universal domination. This Christmas tree ornament features a metallic, robotic voice and says three iconic Dalek phrases when you press the button (battery-operated)-so he's sure to el-e-vate the holiday fun.
