2003 Hallmark Hoop Stars Ornament
QX8237
#9 in the Hoop Stars Hallmark ornament series.
In 1996, Kobe Bryant became the youngest NBA player to ever appear in an NBA game, but quickly became known for more than his youth. The all-star guard added spectacular dunks and dizzying ball movements to the many weapons of his L.A. Laker teammates, helping create a basketball dynasty for the turn of the 21st century. The Lakers won three consecutive NBA titles from 2000 through 2002. Bryant capped the 2002 season with his fifth straight appearance as an NBA All-Star, dominating the game and earning MVP honors.
